On Wednesday, September 9th, the PEGCC hosted a CEO Capitol Hill Day with The Riverside Company in Washington, DC.

CEOs from Riverside portfolio companies, Censis, The Dwyer Group, HSI, MNX, Tate’s Bake Shop, and Uinta Brewing Company, spent the day on Capitol Hill educating Members of Congress, including Senators Rob Portman (R-OH), Gary Peters (D-MI), Cory Gardner (R-CO), Ben Sasse (R-NE), Chris Murphy (D-CT), and Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Representatives Bill Huizenga (R-MI-02), Peter DeFazio (D-OR-04), Marsha Blackburn (R-TN-07), John Lewis (D-GA-05), Mimi Walters (R-CA-45), Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL-25), Rob Bishop (R-UT-01), Jason Chaffetz (R-UT-03), Chris Stewart (R-UT-02), Lee Zeldin (R-NY-01), Bill Flores (R-TX-17), and Jason Smith (R-MO-08), along with key Congressional staffers in eleven additional offices, on the importance of private equity.

Each CEO discussed how private equity investment has contributed to their ability to innovate, create jobs and impact the economies in their local communities and around the nation.
