AIC Announces Will Dunham as President and CEO

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Investment Council (AIC) today announced that Will Dunham has been named as the incoming President and CEO. Dunham will succeed AIC President and CEO Drew Maloney who will become President and CEO of the Edison Electric Institute on July 1st. 

“During Will’s tenure at the AIC, we have witnessed his impressive ability to lead teams, effectively advocate on complex policy issues, and build winning coalitions.  He is a natural fit as our next President and CEO, and we are excited for his leadership,” said Pam Hendrickson, Vice Chairman of the Riverside Company, and Chairman of the AIC’s Board of Directors.

Our industry is improving lives in every state and district across our country and I’m excited for our work ahead,” said Will Dunham.

Will currently works as Executive Vice President of Government Affairs at the American Investment Council. In this role, he has led AIC’s bipartisan advocacy and education efforts on behalf of the private investment industry, taking the industry’s story directly to lawmakers, and promoting a tax and regulatory environment that supercharges American job creation.

Prior to this, Dunham worked as a Policy Director at Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber, Schreck.

Earlier in this career, Dunham served for over 13 years on Capitol Hill at the highest levels of House Republican leadership and helped solve complex policy challenges impacting all Americans.  During his service, he worked directly with bipartisan members of Congress and the Administration.

Dunham graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Hillsdale College.
