WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Thursday, July 27th at 8:45 AM ET, American Investment Council CEO Drew Maloney will join Punchbowl News in Washington, D.C. for a conversation about how private credit is supporting small businesses, jobs, and the economy.

Punchbowl News Managing Editor Heather Caygle will moderate a fireside conversation with Maloney and Founder & CEO of Otter Learning Chase Begor, an early childhood education company.  Caygle will also interview Rep. Beth Van Duyne (R-Texas), a member of the House Committee on Ways and Means and the House Committee on Small Business, about the role of private capital in supporting small businesses.

Private credit has stepped in to become a critical source of capital for businesses across America. The rapidly growing asset class hit a record $1.4 trillion of assets under management globally last year.
