Guitar joined the AIC in 2022 after graduating from George Washington University with a degree in International Affairs with a concentration in Economics. During college, Guitar worked on a Florida Congressional campaign and as a sustainability intern in Costa Rica.
She has a specific passion for research in the areas of Economics and Energy.
